The Anthony Municipal Parking Lots shall be operated, without fee, for the benefit of the public. No motor vehicle shall be parked in areas of the lot posted to prevent general parking. No motor vehicle shall be parked in the lot more than 24 hours continuously or uninterruptedly unless special permission has been obtained from the city clerk or from the police department.
