The City of Anthony is hereby divided into wards, described and numbered as follows:

(a)   All the territory within the corporate limits north of Main Street and east of Jennings Avenue shall constitute and be known as the First Ward of the city;

(b)   All territory within the corporate limits north of Main Street and west of Jennings Avenue shall constitute and be known as the Second Ward of said city;

(c)   All territory within the corporate limits south of Main Street and west of Jennings Avenue shall constitute and be known as the Third Ward of the city;

(d)   All territory within the corporate limits south of Main Street and east of Jennings Avenue shall constitute and be known as the Fourth Ward of the city.

(e)   Non-Adjoining annexed land shall be a part of the above-designated wards as if Jennings Street extended north and south and Main Street east and west, to include the non-adjoining city annexed land in the county.
