A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE ENTIRE BOUNDARIES OF THE CITY OF ANTHONY, KANSAS IN ACCORDANCE WITH K.S.A. 12-517.

WHEREAS, as stated in K.S.A. 12-517, when any territory has been added or excluded from any city, the governing body of such city shall declare by resolution the entire boundary of the city.

WHEREAS, territory has been added to the City of Anthony, Kansas.
