The use of Tobacco products is prohibited in all buildings, and vehicles leased, owned, operated, or occupied by the City of Anthony. Any City property leased from the City will not be subject to this policy. Smoking shall be conducted at a sufficient distance from the openings of all buildings and facilities to keep smoke produced outside from noticeably entering the building/structure. The intent is to reduce employee exposure to secondhand smoke.

Necessary signs will be posted to indicate that the use of tobacco products are prohibited in all areas.
